Yes, the MWC Walking Club has been enjoying some bright sunny weather despite the cool temps. It’s always a nice day when walking and chatting with friends. This month we walked the Munn Preserve which offers both wooded and sweeping ocean views. Another day we walked down Harbor Rd NK (off Mattapoisett Neck Road). These are some of Mattapoisett’s less travelled side roads. It’s always a treat to “discover” new places in our familiar town where ocean views abound. We are so fortunate to live here. All are welcome to walk with us. The walk scheduled for this Friday has been canceled.
Not all our walks are woodsy, and we will most likely be walking paved surfaces when colder weather arrives. If you would like to join us, please contact Sue Mitchell. We’d love to see you!
