The Mattapoisett Women’s Club Annual Christmas Luncheon will be held at The Inn on Shipyard Park, 13 Water Street, Mattapoisett on Thursday, December 6, 2018. We are honored to have Martin W. Sandler and his wife Carol join us for lunch and speak after about his career as an award-winning author of many books for young readers, including The Story of Photography, a Boston Globe-Horn Book Award Honor Book, and Vaqueros. He has written more than 80 books for children and adults. His most recent book, “The Whydah: A Pirate Ship Feared, Wrecked and Found,” begins and ends on Cape Cod
